-For Bidding: You First need to register to use the website by going to the top right hand of the screen and clicking on Login/Register. Once you have registered, log in with the username and password you have created.

-Now the green button on the property information will say "Request Approval" (For Auction). When you click the button it will notify you that an email has been sent to you, giving you the steps to get approved. Once Approved you will receive an email that you've been approved. (Check spam folder if you do not receive the email)

-This green button will now say "Register for Auction". This time, when you click it you will have to read and agree to the Terms & Conditions to begin bidding. Once you have agreed to the terms for the auction, you may begin bidding.

-Once bidding has started, click on "Request Bid" This will show you the minimum bid accepted at the current increment.
