"Sold" Status means that the highest accepted bid will be presented to the seller. The seller has the right to accept or reject the high bid.

Bidder's Choice: When the auction becomes LIVE, the first round of "Bidder's Choice" will reflect a total dollar sum of all the lots as a whole in the Auction at the bidding price per acre. When the high bidder wins the Bidder's Choice round, he can then choose his lots and the total price will reflect the lots he has chosen: (Lot) x (# of acres in chosen lot). Bidding will reset for the remaining lot/lots.
