Bidding is by Price per Acre, this is a no-reserve auction!
Absolute Bidding: Bids must be placed in a multiple of the bid increment. The individual bids are absolute, you can bid more than the asking bid but what you put in will be automatically accepted and increase to that amount. For example, if the bid increment is 500, and the asking bid is 6,000, you can bid 6000, 6500, 7000, 7500, etc. Once the bid is place it will jump to that amount.
Bidding will be suspended for 10 minutes (at 6:20 PM) prior to the live auction beginning at 6:30pm.
At that time, internet bidders refresh your screens and follow the prompts to join the live auction.
